Entrepreneurs need to apply experiment, and test efficiently; because breakthrough should be short-term and rapid experimentation. Many ideas will not result in execution, because, people are afraid to fail and failure is due unsuccessful risk management in the execution of the plan in producing the product or services. Technology continues to revolutionized trends in various industries—mainly educational environment. The academic environment is a very complex organization, because, academics requires strategies to provide a high-quality of education that will meet various needs within the community, workforce, consumers, and including global needs. The challenges lie in the development of a new curriculum revolving around technology and a new teaching method. In addition to new teaching method, finding highly-qualified professionals to teach courses that will align with the new trend in technology. However, could colleges and the universities will be able to catch up with the fast-growing trend in technology and fulfill the needs of the domestic and global workforce? Videos on the website below have described some innovative idea that could be a part of our daily lives in 10-20 years from now. There are just some of the innovations that may have been happening now or will be soon. In one of the videos, I have watched is about hiring the hackers. After various industries have spent billions of dollars in mitigating cyber attacks and huge data breaches, shall we consider hiring the hackers? Farming the mindset and ideas of hackers might provide better knowledge and understanding beyond what IT professionals current knowledge.  If you check these video, you will be amazed.
